The 100ph platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above, consistent with PAGCOR's minimum age requirement for casino-style gaming in the Philippines. 100ph does not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the age of 21.
If 100ph becomes aware that Personal Data has been collected from an individual who is under 21 years of age, the relevant account will be immediately suspended and the Personal Data will be deleted as soon as practicable, subject to any legal retention obligations arising from AML screening of the account. Age verification is conducted at registration, and 100ph may request additional documentary proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle.

The 100ph platform is operated primarily within the Philippines for Filipino players. However, some of the third-party service providers engaged by 100ph — including cloud infrastructure providers and game content providers — may process data in server facilities located outside the Philippines.
Where Personal Data is transferred outside the Philippines, 100ph ensures that such transfers are conducted in compliance with the DPA's cross-border transfer requirements, including the imposition of contractual obligations on receiving parties that provide data protection standards substantially equivalent to those required under Philippine law.
