3.3 Account Registration
To access the full functionality of the 100ph Platform, you must register an Account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address.
You are required to maintain the accuracy of your registration information at all times. Any change to your registered details must be updated promptly through your Account settings or by contacting Customer Support.
3.4 One Account Policy
Each individual may maintain only one (1) active Account on the 100ph Platform. The creation of duplicate Accounts — whether under the same identity, shared household, common IP address, or shared payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. 100ph reserves the right to suspend, merge, or permanently close any duplicate Accounts identified, and may withhold balances pending investigation.
3.5 Identity Verification (KYC)
100ph is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine AML law to conduct identity verification on all registered players. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at registration and prior to processing withdrawals. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by 100ph may result in account restriction until verification is completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
100ph will never ask you to reveal your password — not through Customer Support, email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 100ph that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
You must notify 100ph Customer Support immediately upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorized access to your Account. 100ph shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, nor for losses arising from your own disclosure of credentials to third parties.
100ph employs 256-bit SSL encryption for all Platform data transmissions and implements technical security measures including login anomaly detection and two-factor authentication for logins from unrecognized devices. Notwithstanding these measures, the security of your Account remains your personal responsibility.
5.1 Deposits
100ph accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform's Cashier page, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, Cebuana Lhuillier, and Coins.ph. This list is subject to change at the Company's discretion. All deposits must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP). 100ph does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

5.3 Currency
All Account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on the 100ph Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 100ph does not apply currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals processed in PHP.
By placing a Wager on the 100ph Platform, you acknowledge and accept that all gambling activity involves financial risk and that no outcome is guaranteed. 100ph does not represent that any game, strategy, betting system, or promotional offer will result in profit.
All game outcomes on the 100ph Platform that are not conducted by a live dealer are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 100ph's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your 100ph Account during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
100ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if 100ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
